The Puchu My First EV Ride is an electric ride-on for children aged 3-12. Adult supervision is required at all times. The product is intended for use on private property and safe, flat surfaces.
All payments are processed securely via ToyyibPay (FPX, credit/debit card, DuitNow QR). Payment is due in full at the time of order. Your bill reference will be provided after payment.
We aim to contact you within 24 hours of order confirmation to arrange delivery. Shipping is available within Peninsular Malaysia. Delivery times depend on courier availability and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
If the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds are processed via ToyyibPay and may take 5-10 business days.
The custom number plate is personalised with the kid's name provided at checkout. Once production has started, the plate cannot be changed or cancelled.
Puchu is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use of the product. The buyer assumes full responsibility for safe operation.
